According to Cédric Millet, President of CargoTech, the Group closed more than 10 new airline contracts across its product portfolio in the first quarter alone—clear evidence of customer confidence entering the year. He added that customer feedback is directly shaping several new product launches expected later in 2026.

The company also strengthened its integration with CargoAi through its new Commercial Pricing Insights module, enabling users to assess competitive dynamics and identify charter opportunities. Collaboration with Wiremind Cargo further expanded functionality via the integration of SkyPallet.

Rotate continued its growth trajectory by deploying its Sales Cockpit and Sales Steering solutions at American Airlines, while also welcoming new airline and forwarder customers. CEO Ryan Keyrouse noted that increasing geopolitical and economic uncertainty is reinforcing the need for agile, data-driven commercial decision-making.

CargoAi marked a significant milestone by expanding its intelligence layer across the air cargo ecosystem with CargoCoPilot—an AI-powered unified agent designed to eliminate email-driven workflows.

Founder and CEO Matt Petot explained that forwarders can now move from inquiry to booking in seconds across email, WhatsApp, web platforms, and APIs. CargoAi has also opened its marketplace and APIs to external AI platforms, enabling natural language cargo booking and tracking within everyday productivity tools.

Reducing Fragmentation in a Crowded Tech Landscape

As new digital entrants target long-standing inefficiencies in air cargo, CargoTech says its focus remains on minimizing fragmentation. The Group’s strategy emphasizes simplicity for customers by pooling industry expertise, operational insight, and technology development behind the scenes.

Millet reaffirmed CargoTech’s one-stop-shop vision, stressing that digital solutions must be practical, interoperable, and tailored to real cargo workflows across the supply chain.

Volatility Fuels Demand for Digital and AI Solutions

Rising fuel costs, geopolitical tensions, and market uncertainty are pushing airlines and logistics players toward near-term operational efficiency. CargoTech reports increased demand for solutions that unlock revenue, improve cost control, and enhance performance—many incorporating AI capabilities.

Drawing on experience from previous disruptions, including COVID-19, the Group says it is proactively helping customers stress-test scenarios and model decisions before execution.

Agentic AI Emerges as a 2026 Priority

CargoTech has identified strong industry interest in Agent and Agentic AI co-development. As AI maturity grows, traditional static dashboards are giving way to dynamic, interactive reporting and hyper-personalized self-service tools for data extraction, visualization, and decision support.
