CERRT.NG to Nigerians: President Tinubu N50, 000 Cash Grant is fake

The Computer Emergency Readiness and Response Team (CERRT) of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has warned Nigerians that a viral grant scheme on several social media platforms: President Tinubu N50, 000 Cash Grant is fake.

Fraudsters are using a phishing website to con users into divulging their personal information. The NITDA-CERRT is warning that doing so will only make con artists access victims’ critical information including their bank details to defraud them.

There is no President Tinubu N50, 000 Cash Grant. It is fake.
