GITEX is only weeks away, one of the globe’s biggest tech event will this year be featuring some of the top trends in the industry including artificial intelligence even as the GITEX Future Stars 2018 gears up to launch to new heights.

GITEX 2018 will have attention on Artificial Intelligence which is growing at a frantic rate with the number of active startups increasing by 1400% since 2000 and an annual growth rate of 50.1% on global spend in AI reaching $57.6 billion by 2021. With AI influencing the shape of things to come, GITEX Technology Week & GITEX Future Stars 2018 is presenting the region’s biggest AI agenda ever; hosting over 30 targeted sessions and over 18 hours of dedicated AI content featuring powerful insights, industry-focused case studies and practical applications in business.

The GITEX Future Stars 2018 is highlighting a full-throttle lineup of tech pitches, award-winning startups, influential government partners and some of the world’s most innovative startups. Startup event runs from 14 to 17 October 2018 at Dubai World Trade Centre

On the menu this year is the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre Innovation Challenge, calling the world’s most innovative space tech startups to pitch and win astronomical rewards! Startups are invited to apply for an opportunity to win a free exhibition pod at GITEX Future Stars and pitch on-site to win up to $30,000!

Also, the Department of Health Abu Dhabi is the Innovation Health Partner, bringing the TIP healthcare award winners for the first time ever to the show. The most exciting innovators and entrepreneurs fuelling innovation across the healthcare spectrum.

More than 650 hotshot startups from over 26 countries will be at the GITEX Future Stars 2018 draem from regions across the world. They include Bioniks in Healthcare from Pakistan; Near Motion in IoT and Smart Cities from Saudi Arabia; and Bluevisor in Fintech from South Korea.
