In a strategic move set to reshape the enterprise technology landscape, cybersecurity giant Trend Micro and Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company (WDH) have announced a partnership to form Magna AI.

This new venture is established as a global “AI transformation factory,” designed to provide end-to-end services for building and deploying secure artificial intelligence from the ground up.
