ONEiO, a leading automation-first platform for enterprise IT integrations, has raised €8 million in a growth round led by Finnish growth private equity fund Bocap, with continued backing from existing investor Fairpoint Capital.

The fresh capital will fuel the development of IntegrationOps as a Service, ONEiO’s new model that replaces slow, project-based IT integrations with continuous, automation-led managed services. The company also plans to grow its team and expand its footprint across the UK and DACH regions, where enterprises are under increasing pressure to modernize legacy infrastructure amid tighter budgets and rising complexity.

Shifting From Legacy IT to IntegrationOps

As companies face AI-driven digital transformation, legacy integration methods are struggling to keep pace. Traditional one-off IT projects are often expensive, slow, and difficult to scale.

ONEiO’s IntegrationOps model introduces a fully managed, cloud-based solution that evolves continuously — much like DevOps transformed software delivery. Integrations are live within weeks, adapt automatically, and operate without manual intervention.

“With IntegrationOps, integration becomes an ongoing capability, not a project. In the AI era, it’s the only way to keep up,” said Juha Berghäll, CEO and co-founder of ONEiO.

Driving Automation, Speed, and Cost Efficiency

ONEiO has already supported global enterprises like Bayer, Volkswagen, and CGI, enabling them to automate complex IT service ecosystems across multi-vendor and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) environments.

Delivered as a managed service, ONEiO eliminates the need for custom code, middleware, and lengthy delivery cycles. Customers benefit from:

  • Up to 90% faster deployments
  • Up to 70% cost reductions
  • Built-in automation, monitoring, security, and compliance
  • Localized support through European data centers

“Our customers cannot wait months for integrations. They must be fast, reliable, and invisible to the process flow,” said Nina Ahola-Virkki, Director of CGI’s ServiceNow operations in Finland.

Market Demand for Modern IT Integrations

The demand for enterprise integration modernization is growing rapidly:

  • A KPMG survey in Germany revealed that over half of large enterprises plan full integration overhauls within the next year.
  • A 2025 SAP survey in the UK showed that 80% of enterprises prioritize AI adoption, but most remain blocked by outdated infrastructure.

By transforming integrations into a strategic advantage, IntegrationOps enables enterprises to innovate faster, reduce operational burdens, and improve customer experiences.

Redefining the Enterprise Integration Market

Bocap believes ONEiO is well-positioned to disrupt the enterprise IT integration landscape.

“IntegrationOps is the next logical step after iPaaS. It’s built for scalability and continuous change in the AI era,” said Julianna Borsos, Founding Partner at Bocap. “ONEiO is not just automating integrations — they are redefining enterprise IT operations.”

With its new funding, ONEiO is set to define the next generation of IT integration services, offering enterprises the flexibility, speed, and resilience needed in today’s rapidly evolving digital economy.
