The new features will serve its Arbor Edge Defense and Arbor Enterprise Manager Adaptive DDoS solutions. These upgrades are designed to enhance automation, and strengthen defences, They will also improve threat visibility and reporting across large-scale enterprise environments.

AI-Powered Defense for Evolving DDoS Threats
The latest enhancements leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to identify and respond to complex and evolving Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, enabling faster and more precise protection of critical services and infrastructure.

The DDoS mitigation solution is powered by the ATLAS Intelligence Feed, a proprietary threat intelligence engine. It monitors over 700 Tbps of real-time internet traffic from more than 500 ISPs and 2,000 enterprises in 100+ countries. This feed identifies active attack devices and infrastructures, enabling NETSCOUT’s Arbor suite to mitigate up to 80% of DDoS attacks automatically, without the need for manual intervention.

New upgrades to the Arbor Edge Defense and Enterprise Manager solutions include:
- Scoped User Access: Improved data segmentation allowing operations teams to see only their assigned defended environments.
- Automated IP Protocol Flood Detection: Blocks advanced flooding attacks as they occur.
- Advanced DDoS Dashboard: Provides deeper analytics and visual controls for real-time operations monitoring.
