“This intervention reflects our commitment to leveraging technology to tackle real-life challenges in water access, energy sustainability, and community development. Our solar-powered system guarantees a continuous water supply without relying on the national grid. The 5,000-litre tank, powered by high-efficiency solar panels, drives a pump drawing water from an 180-foot borehole, making the system both sustainable and cost-effective for the long-term benefit of the community.”

A Human-Centered Initiative

Mr. Moses Osime, Public Relations and CSR Manager at LG Electronics Nigeria, described the project as a deeply human initiative that transcends infrastructure.

“At LG Electronics, we understand the struggle communities like Ifa Ikot Idang face in accessing clean water.
