While no longer part of the Turrito group, Argantic will continue to maintain a strong strategic partnership with Turrito to ensure clients benefit from the combined expertise and capabilities of both organisations.

This step allows Argantic to sharpen its focus on its clients, providing tailored solutions and direct engagement that extend well beyond the traditional vendor-client relationship. As an independent entity, Argantic now has even greater flexibility to respond to each client’s unique needs to deliver a broad range of advanced cloud, security, automation, and modern workplace solutions.
“We realised that maintaining our Level 2 BEE status within a corporate structure would be virtually impossible, so we reacquired our shareholding to give us the freedom to operate as an independent business,” explains Garry Ackerman, CEO of Argantic.
