ICBM Training Kicks Off Nationwide to Bridge Nigeria’s Digital Skills Gap

The Intelligent Capacity Building Model (ICBM), a transformative digital skills initiative developed by the SBTS Group in collaboration with the Digital Bridge Institute (DBI), officially launched its orientation sessions on Monday, July 14, 2025, in Abuja and Enugu.

At the Abuja DBI campus, orientation was held at the SBTS BPO Centre, where a crowd of enthusiastic participants gathered to start their journey into Nigeria’s digital economy. The event was led by Mr. Bashir Sheidu, who outlined the mission, structure, and immense opportunities the ICBM programme offers.

He was supported by Mr. Abess Hussien, BPO Manager, who walked attendees through the seamless application and onboarding process. In Enugu, Mr. Karefa Jah led the charge, guiding participants through the career transformation pathway that ICBM provides.
