Huawei Launches Cloud & AI Framework at Global Summit
At the 2025 Global Public Sector Cloud & AI Summit, Huawei officially introduced the “R.I.S.E” National Government Cloud reference architecture, designed to accelerate intelligent transformation in government and public services worldwide.

In his keynote, Li Junfeng (Wind), Vice President of Huawei and CEO of the Global Public Sector BU, emphasized that Huawei’s centralized, efficient, and secure cloud foundation empowers governments to aggregate, process, and extract value from data while ensuring security and efficiency.
