EduBot Naija: Voices of Learning, an AI-powered multilingual educational chatbot, was officially launched this week at the A+ MSME Hub in Jos, Plateau State.

A landmark step toward digital inclusion in education, the innovative platform aims to transform learning for underserved communities. Its targets include women, and youth by providing curriculum-aligned interactive lessons in multiple Nigerian languages.

A Global Collaboration for Local Impact

EduBot Naija is led by A+ Computer Training Technology Limited (Nigeria) in partnership with Triangle Group Advisors LLC (USA).  It is supported by Georgia State University under Prof. Xinyu Fu’s leadership.

Currently supporting Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo, EduBot Naija will soon include Berom, Ngas, Tarok, Goemai, and Mwaghavul. The platform is preserving linguistic diversity while enhancing access to education.

Government and Development Partners Endorse the Innovation

The launch event brought together government officials, tech leaders, and educators.
Dr. Jumoke Oduwole from the Federal Ministry of Education, representatives from GIZ, and other stakeholders praised the project for its potential to promote inclusive, AI-driven education.
The Plateau State Ministry of Education pledged full support, highlighting the initiative’s alignment with Nigeria’s National Digital Economy Strategy and SDG 4 – Quality Education for All.

Live Demonstration and Future Plans

During the launch, a live demo showcased personalized student profiles, real-time translation, and interactive Q&A in local languages.
Organizers revealed plans to scale EduBot Naija nationwide and across Africa, with continued AI improvements based on user feedback.

A Cultural and Educational Milestone

“EduBot Naija speaks to learners in the language they understand,” said Chief Sylvanus Koppe, Founder of A+ Computer. “Whether for exams, skills training, or personal growth, EduBot is here for all Nigerians—24/7, even offline.”

The platform has already trained over 8,000 learners, awarded 500 scholarships, and facilitated over 400 job placements both locally and remotely.
