The company has outlined four strategic priorities to solidify its position: expanding its member network, launching new AI-powered products, consolidating business processes, and accelerating the pain-free digital transformation of the air cargo industry.

Award-Winning Innovation and AI Adoption

Following its recognition as the Air Cargo Technology Solution Provider of the Year 2025 by Air Cargo Week, CargoTech launched five new products in 2025, including AI-driven modules. A key theme for 2026 is deepening the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across its portfolio, with plans to deliver nine new products and services.

“2026 will see more product updates and launches with AI capabilities embedded to ensure our customers extract the optimal benefits,” said Cédric Millet, President of CargoTech.

This includes expanding AgenticAI functionalities and introducing Rotate’s Data Services, a vertical designed to rapidly structure and digitize customer data for seamless AI adoption.

A Unique Blend of Cargo Expertise and Technology

CargoTech distinguishes itself by developing solutions from within the industry. “Our software is developed by cargo people who know the pain points,” Millet emphasized.

The company’s 16 digital solutions are built as cargo-specific use cases rather than adaptations from passenger systems. It serves over 19 international airlines (including 8 of the world’s top 20). In addition, it connects more than 105 airlines and 23,000 forwarders on its marketplace platform.

Global Growth and Operational Efficiency

To support its expansion, CargoTech will establish a new technology centre of excellence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2026.

This hub will centralize key operations and serve as a secondary base for hiring software talent. It will help in enhancing product development and providing round-the-clock customer support across global time zones.

Future Vision: Expanding the One-Stop Shop

CargoTech continues to seek investments and partnerships to broaden its comprehensive service offering.

“We have only touched the surface,” Millet stated, predicting increased industry collaboration on digitization, AI, transparency, and operational efficiency.

At least two new members with complementary expertise are already planned to join the ecosystem in 2026.
