The center moves beyond traditional cybersecurity by integrating prevention, detection, incident response, and system recovery into a single, continuous governance model.

Four Pillars of Unified Cyber Resilience

The ROC is built on four integrated pillars:

  • Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI): For strategic threat anticipation.
  • Vulnerability Operation Center (VOC): To identify and reduce the attack surface.
  • Security Operation Center (SOC): For 24/7 monitoring, detection, and immediate response.
  • Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT): For investigation, containment, eradication, and secure system reconstruction.

Leadership and Expertise

The center is led by Alexandre Faraino and Marine Pelé, who bring nearly two decades of combined experience.

They oversee a team of over 120 professionals dedicated to delivering resilience through innovative tooling, automation, and a 24/7 operational model.

From Crisis Management to Competitive Advantage

“Strength no longer lies in invulnerability, but in resilience—the ability to transform uncertainty into continuity,” said Jean-Francois Alioti and Olivier Pantaléo, Co-Managing Directors of Almond.

The ROC enables organizations to not only withstand shocks but also rebuild more robust, secure-by-design systems, turning resilience into a source of trust and competitive differentiation.

A Response to the Modern Cyber Era

The launch responds to a key cybersecurity shift: strength now means resilience. Organizations must absorb disruption and recover swiftly to maintain operations.

By eliminating silos between governance, processes, and partners, the ROC offers a holistic response to evolving regulatory demands and sophisticated threats.
